Paul Jansen is a Managing Director in Conway MacKenzie’s energy practice and oversees transaction, valuation and transformation services, restructuring advisory, interim management, anti-corruption investigations and fiduciary services. Mr. Jansen has extensive experience advising creditors and serving in executive management roles for both publicly traded and privately held energy companies.
Mr. Jansen has served as Chief Restructuring Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer to publicly traded and privately held energy companies. Additionally, he has performed strategic, financial and operational analyses on behalf of secured lenders, bondholders and unsecured creditors to unlock value in challenging situations.
Prior to joining Conway MacKenzie, Mr. Jansen served energy clients as a Senior Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the United States and Europe. In this capacity, he provided international assurance and transaction services for integrated oil and gas, exploration and production, midstream, refining and petrochemicals companies.
