Lorraine Ossolinski has many years of restructuring experience. She has advised companies and creditors in a variety of situations including: out-of-court restructurings, bankruptcies, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, business valuations and due diligence. In distressed-company situations, she has handled all aspects of assisting clients in developing, negotiating and implementing successful restructurings, from the identification of the source of the financial distress through the negotiation and implementation of the appropriate capital structure. She has experience in bankruptcy planning, execution and reporting. Prior to joining Conway MacKenzie Ms. Ossolinski was a Director with CCV Restructuring, LLC as well as the Policano & Manzo legacy practice of FTI Consulting.
As a corporate executive for Texaco Inc., she handled all aspects of developing strategic business plans and forecasts. She has been responsible for cash management, budgeting and forecasting and mergers and acquisition. While employed at Texaco she received numerous awards and recognition. She has particular knowledge of the oil and gas industry, electric power generation, retail and wholesale industries.
Ms. Ossolinski is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor and an Accredited Valuation Analyst. Her memberships include the Turnaround Management Association and American Bankruptcy Institute, Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Ms. Ossolinski received her Master of Business Administration from Pace University in New York and her Bachelor of Science, with honors, from Marist College.
