Seth Barron focuses on providing bankruptcy case management services to companies preparing for or operating in Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Over the past ten years, Mr. Barron has advised on numerous Chapter 11 proceedings in the context of case administration, pre-bankruptcy preparation and claims management. He is experienced operating through the bankruptcy process from post-confirmation distributions through distribution, including preparation of the creditor matrix, drafting of the Schedules of Assets and Liabilities (SOALs) and Statements of Financial Affairs (SOFAs), claims reconciliation, preference analysis, executory contract assumption and rejection analysis, rejection damage analysis and all facets of post-confirmation wind down.
Before joining Conway MacKenzie, Mr. Barron worked in the petrochemicals industry where he played an active role in the Bigler LP bankruptcy and later served as a consultant to the liquidating trustee. Prior to his experience in industry, Mr. Barron was employed by Amegy Bank N.A., specializing in credit analysis and financial modeling.
