Justin Reed is a Director who specializes in providing financial advisory and turnaround and restructuring services to distressed businesses and Chapter 11 debtors, including financial analysis, due diligence and business valuation services.
His experience spans a range of industries including energy, manufacturing and industrial services. With a background including both investment banking and public accounting, Mr. Reed is ideally suited for working closely with a debtor’s investment banking professionals in Chapter 11 cases to provide transaction support services. Additionally, Mr. Reed has experience assisting debtors with the preparation of Statements of Financial Affairs (SOFAs) and Schedules of Assets and Liabilities (SOALs), complex liquidity analyses, long-term financial projections, DIP-sizing models and other facets of the bankruptcy process.
Mr. Reed is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas and holds memberships with the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Turnaround Management Association.
Prior to joining Conway MacKenzie, Mr. Reed was a financial analyst in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Advisory Practice where he was responsible for providing due diligence, business valuation, and transaction consulting services to a diverse client base.
